Our beautiful boy Tommy was born on the 7th November 2006.
Tommy was born with a very rare heart condition and had his first part of surgery at five days old.
He recovered so well we were home within a week, he was a true little fighter and made us the proudest parents alive.
Tommy was our first born and gave us the most immense feeling of love and just how precious life is.
The four precious weeks we had at home as a little family were truly the best days of our life he made us feel the most important people on earth and we cherished every minute of it.
Tommy became very poorly at Christmas and was admitted to hospital with the RSV virus this was when things went from bad to worse after a couple of weeks in our local hospital Tommy was sent to London to have a scan of his heart, this then was when the consultant told us the most terrifying news ever, Tommy had got Endocarditis.
Tommy was admitted to The Royal Brompton straight away and put on very strong drugs to try and kill the bacteria around his heart, throughout all of what was going on Tommy showed no sign of being a very sick little boy like i said he is a true fighter.
The bacteria got worse which meant surgery now was his only chance. Then on the 18th January Tommy went down for a high risk opp to give him the chance he deserved but sadly our little man passed away a couple of hours after his long surgery at just 10wks old.

Tommy is a huge inspiration to family, friends and anyone who was privileged to have met him.
Our days are so dark without our gorgeous baby boy and life will never be the same.
Tommy you are a special boy who has a special heart and with that heart you touched so many hearts love you little man always and forever Mummy and Daddy xxx
